2009/2010 Registration

Spring Pony Registration is now open until February 28, 2010

Important Pony Registration Information

1. MANUALLY BY CHEQUE OR CASH

If paying by cheque/cach, registration is not complete until our Registrars have received your cheque with payment in full and entered it as received in the computer system. Forms are available below or at Oceanside Place and once completed can be left in the drop-box at reception or mailed directly to us. Please note these are only processed weekly and administration fees apply. You are still required to create a family profile through the on-line registration process (there are computers at your local library if you don't have one) so that receipts can be automatically e-mailed to you once your registration is complete. Extra fees apply to players with out profiles. Players without e-mail will have receipts mailed to the address provided.

Fall Season:

U06-U10 play in the Oceanside District on Saturday mornings at the Community Park in Parksville from September-December.

U11-U18 boys and girls teams play games against teams in the Nanaimo and District League on Saturdays (U11-15) and Sundays (U16-18) from September-March.

Development teams (boys and girls), may play against teams from Powell River, Campbell River, Comox and Nanaimo on Sundays from October-March with the opportunity to extend their season with tournament play.

Spring Season:

U6-U10 play in the Oceanside District on Saturday mornings at the Community Park in Parksville from April - June.

REFUNDS:

All written refund request must be received by email or post by the Registrar before September 30^th (for fall) and April 30^th (for spring).  All refunds will be less an administration fee and are subject to review of the Oceanside Youth Soccer Board.  No refunds will be given after September 30^th (for fall) or April 30^th for (spring).

On-line Registration

To find the Oceanside registration sections (there are several pages of "activities" listed), the Oceanside registrations are prefaced by "Oceanside". SCROLL DOWN until you get to the Oceanside options.

1. Click on On-Line Registration above (which will take you to the Nanaimo Youth Soccer registration page)
2. Click on create an account
3. Set up ID in the parents name (for birth date use Jan 1, 1970)
4. Add children to your profile.
5. Please make sure when you register the session says "OCEANSIDE" (not Nanaimo) at the beginning. It will be a number of choices down.
6. Register and pay by credit card guarantee registration (immediate receipt).
7. Or Print off the Registration Form (required to register) and either mail or drop of completed form with payment (cheque or cash) to the drop-box at reception at Oceanside Place (registration not complete until payment is received and processed, extra fees apply).
8. Keep your reciept for tax purposes, or if you registered on-line it will be on your profile for you to access at your convenience.
