Registration for 2008 Fall Season Season

All registration is now on-line. We have changed to this process to eliminate part of the large workload on our registrars, and to facilitate in-season changes to schedules.

Oceanside Youth Soccer is a member of the Upper Island Soccer Association (UISA), an association officially recognized by B.C. Soccer.  Other members of UISA include Campbell River, Powell River, Comox Valley, Port Alberni, Nanaimo, Ladysmith and Gabriola.  As a member of UISA, game schedules have not changed.

Fall Season: Our Pony Division (U06-U10) still play in the Oceanside District on Saturday mornings at the Community Park in Parksville while our upper division (U11-U15) boys and girls house teams continue to play games against teams in the Nanaimo and District league.  As for our upper island development teams (U12-U18 boys and girls), these teams play on Sunday against teams from Powell River, Campbell River, Comox and Nanaimo.

Fall Season: Online Registration is here! Our Registrars are working to get this going smoothly. Receipts will be automatically mailed out to confirm Registration

Please note: There is a change in the Pony League season for 2007-08. The Fall season now runs from September to December 2007 and the Spring season will run from April to May 2008.

REFUNDS: All written refund requests must be received by the Secretary by September 30, 2008. All partial refunds (and only in special circumstances) are based on the discount registration fee less administration fees and are subject to review of the Oceanside Youth Soccer Board. No refunds will be given after September 30th or due to field closures caused by weather.

To find the Oceanside registration sections (there are several pages of "activities" listed), the Oceanside registrations are prefaced by "Oceanside" and were on the third page of listings at last look.

INSTRUCTIONS to Assist you

1)      Go to oceansideyouthsoccer.com

2)      Click on registration tab

3)      Click on online (which will take you to Nanaimo’s website)

4)      Click on create an account

5)      Set up ID in the parents name (for birth date use Jan 1, 1970)

6)      Add children to your profile.

7)      Please make sure when you register it says OCEANSIDE at the beginning. It may be a number of pages back.

8)      Register and pay by credit card guarantee registration(immediate receipt)

9)      Or Print off the questions on the website (required to register) and drop off a chq at arena- With child’s name and birth date.(registration not complete till cheque is received and processed)
